In addition to the video which sees the Mary Jane Watson of Sam Raimi's 'Spider-Man' movie series, there is also a clip which features John Giorno.

AceShowbiz - A month after announcing their retirement, R.E.M. debut an odd dreamy music video for their latest and maybe final single "We All Go Back Where We Belong". Instead of appearing on the screen by themselves, Michael Stipe, Peter Buck and Mike Mills bring Kirsten Dunst to greet their fans.
Beside the Kirsten clip, there is also an alternate version for the video which features poet and performance artist John Giorno. Both of the videos are similar in concept which sees the stars in a minimalist, black-and-white screen shot. First, they sigh and then smile before breaking into laughters.
R.E.M. called it quit on September 21. "We walk away with a great sense of gratitude, of finality, and of astonishment at all we have accomplished," they said. "To anyone who ever felt touched by our music, our deepest thanks for listening." As their final offering, they will release a Greatest Hits album in November.
