The rapper also appeared in a skit where he's a rapping werewolf who robs children for their Halloween candy.

AceShowbiz - Drake was joined by Nicki Minaj during his musical guest stint on "Saturday Night Live". The Canadian rapper spit the verses to "Make Me Proud" and right after he crooned "so proud of you", Minaj appeared to help him finish the song. The set ended with a kiss on the cheek and a hug.

Anna Faris was the host of the Saturday, October 15 episode, but Drake participated in one of the sketches. He showed his acting chops as one of "Two Teenagers Dressed As Werewolves" on Weekend Update. He was actually slated to appear in one more skit alongside Andy Samberg where the comedian took the rapper through a series of quirky interviews.

But "SNL" writers often make changes on the last minutes. "I was begging, I was begging everybody, please let me get a skit, please let me be involved in something," Drake told MTV News.

Of his overall performance on the show, Drake said, "One thing that I do notice is not too many people bring atmosphere change [as 'SNL' musical guests], so I really pushed to change the station into something different and I think I did a great job of that. I just hope that visually and sonically, it's a superior performance."
