Character actor Charles Napier has passed away. The 75-year-old, who was known for his tough-guy roles in such movies as "The Blues Brothers" and "Rambo: First Blood Part II", died on Wednesday, October 5 afternoon at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, just a day after he was found collapsed at his home.

The actor, who also appeared in "Philadelphia", reportedly collapsed in his Bakersfield, California home on Monday, October 3 night. He was found sometime Tuesday morning, and was rushed to the hospital where he was placed on life support in the intensive care unit. On Wednesday afternoon at around 1 P.M., he was taken off life support surrounded by his family.

Charles, who last graced the big screen in 2009's "The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard", is survived by two sons, Whit and Hunter, and a daughter, Meghan. A cause of death has not been revealed, but the teacher-turned-actor was admitted to the hospital back in May 2010 to treat blood clots in his legs.
