Despite her fashion icon status, Lady GaGa apparently doesn't mind going out wearing the same outfit she has worn before. In fact, the 25-year-old singer has been spotted donning a leopard print jacket that she paired with black underwear on three different occasions in the span of less than a month.

The "Born This Way" hitmaker first put on the ensemble when greeting fans in Los Angeles back on May 25. She wore them again two days later on May 27 when rehearsing for her performance at Good Morning America's summer concerts in Central Park, New York. She was spotted pulling off the look for the third time last Saturday, June 11 as she arrived at Fiumicino airport in Rome.

GaGa was recently honored with the Icon Award at the 2011 Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards in New York City. Upon receiving the kudo, the Grammy winner shared with the audience the embarrassing story when she accidentally called Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour a "b***h" in a text message.

"So she sent me a text message, and it said, 'We're so excited to tell you you won the CFDA fashion icon award.' And I actually thought it was Anna Treblin, who was one of my very close friends and [my stylist] Nicola's assistant, who I go out and have drinks with all the time," she recalled the moment. "So I have a couple Annas in my phone, so my reply was, 'Yes, b***h, we did it.' "
