A viral video from "Super 8" has been unleashed to quench fans' thirst for another sneak peek to the film. Disguised as a top secret document about a project named "Operation Belttrap" and obtained via Yahoo! Movies, this three-minute video offers the first glimpse of the alien which possibly broke out of the derailed train in previous trailers. In the snippet, the alien is seen attacking a scientist.
This sci-fi flick revolves around a group of kids who witness a train crash while making a super 8 movie. Shortly after the catastrophic accident, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events start to take place in the small Ohio town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth - something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
Dakota Fanning's younger sister, Elle Fanning, stars as Alice Dainard, with Kyle Chandler portraying Jackson Lamb. Made under the direction of J.J. Abrams, the film will open in theaters Stateside on June 10.
