A brand new trailer from "Super 8" has debuted at 2011 MTV Movie Awards. The one-and-a-half-minute video unveils scenes where an unseen thing finally hits the town, blasting the buildings and sending the people into a chaotic situation.

The J.J. Abrams-directed film centers its story on a group of friends in a small Ohio town who witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth - something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.

Elle Fanning, the younger sister of Dakota Fanning, is cast as the main role along with Kyle Chandler. Meanwhile, Ron Eldard, Noah Emmerich and Gabriel Basso are among other stars in the movie, which is slated for June 10 release across the U.S.
