After Kim denies she had five-month secret relationship with him, NFL player Bret comes out with a claim he has phone records and personal cell phone pictures of the newly-engaged reality star.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is fuming mad over allegation she was involved with another man while dating fiance Kris Humphries. After InTouch Weekly published this week's cover story with the headline "Kim Caught Cheating!", the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star came forward with a denial and a threat to sue.
"This is absolutely not true. I have no idea who this person is," Kim told E! News as referring to NFL star Bret Lockett who is said to have a five-month secret relationship with her. The socialite's lawyer Dennis A. Roach also insisted that the story was made up. In a letter to the magazine's counsel, he wrote, "For the record, none of the facts...are accurate."
Additionally, Dennis demanded the tabloid to "immediately refrain from publishing, distributing or disseminating any factually untrue and unsubstantiated information." He added that the allegations "at a minimum, damaging, defamatory and an invasion" of Kim's privacy. Should the publication not oblige, he "will be forced to take appropriate legal action to protect my client's rights."
Kim has also defended herself on her blog post. She wrote on Wednesday, June 8, "I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!!! In Touch Magazine is claiming that I had a five-month secret relationship with this guy...a guy I've never met, spoken to, texted, called or even heard of!"
"This guy should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story just to get attention!?!?! .... My friend Lauren London has never even met this guy, so to say she was the one who set us up is totally untrue. I find it so sad that a magazine will take the word of a stranger and try to pass their story off as true."
She continued on, "The text messages the magazine claims I sent this guy are pathetic. 'Why don't you put in effort to try and make me your girlfriend doll?' I would never talk like that to a guy. They just threw in the word 'doll' a few times and tried to make it sound like me. I talk like that to my girlfriends, not to my man."
While Kim ranted that Bret told an entirely fake story and provided fake proof, the New England Patriots player claimed to "TMZ Live" that he has concrete proof that they did hook up. The 24-year-old insisted he has phone records, text messages and very personal cell phone photos of Kris Humphries' fiancee. He added that he is willing to present the evidence in court.
