The sneak peek, which was offered for HBO Go members, takes the focus on Sookie's meeting with her granddaddy Earl.

AceShowbiz - Those who are signed up at HBO Go would be able to watch a 3-minute sneak peek of "True Blood" season 4 premiere. In the video, which has found its way on YouTube, Sookie and Claudine appear in the Fairlyland and she learns that Claudine is her Fairy Godmother. In the enchanted world, Sookie comes across Barry who is also there with his guardian, Lloyd.
One of the fairies offers Sookie the glowing fruit which Barry describes like "biting into pure happiness". Sookie notices how people crave for the light fruit and suddenly she spots her grandad Earl Stackhouse (Gary Cole) who appears in her flashback giving her a fruit while she was only a little girl.
A beaming Sookie approaches Earl who does not recognize her because he thinks he just met her younger version a week before. But Sookie tells him that it happened 20 years ago.
HBO Go is offering another sneak peek next week before the premiere on June 26.
