On February 22, "No Ordinary Family" will welcome a new villain in the form of Anthony Michael Hall. Daphne's boyfriend, Chris, steals the trilsettum serum from the Powell house and injects his wheelchair-bound father, Roy (Hall), with disastrous results.

"No Ordinary Proposal" is followed by a new episode of "V" called "Birth Pangs". Erica, seeking revenge against Anna, heads to Tokyo to carry out a mission to strike a lethal blow against Anna. Meanwhile, Anna learns that Tyler's phosphorous level is too low - even after the Red Rain, and he might become useless to her; and Lisa and Diana bond.
