Lykke Li's "I Follow Rivers" music video has just been released. It features the Swedish singer braving the cold weather and following her man as he wanders aimlessly. It's directed by Tarik Saleh and starring Swedish Lebanese actor Fares Fares.
The video was filmed on the beautiful island of Gotland, Narsholmen. She wrote on her official site, "A place like no other, a love like no other. A love like a drug, she loves like the river, a love caught on fire, fueled by desire. Where you running, who you running from? A love story with no end and no beginning."
The song is confirmed for her upcoming album "Wounded Rhymes". She said of how she evolves in this new record, "I think I sound more experienced. I'm always trying to do something different. I think some people wrote me off with Youth Novels because I'm a Scandinavian woman with a high voice. I tried to be more raw this time."
