First Full Trailer for Coen Brothers' 'True Grit' Arrives

14-year-old Mattie Ross joins two lawmen on a journey to find her father's killer, but finds herself in danger after meeting the drifter.

AceShowbiz - Another preview to "True Grit" has been made available in form of a full trailer. Making its way out via Yahoo! Movies, the video shows determined Mattie Ross who sees deaths on her journey to find Tom Chaney, a man responsible for her father's murder.

The 14-year-old persuades aging U.S. marshal Reuben J. Cogburn to help her track down her father's killer in hostile Indian territory. Ross insists on being involved in the mission and La Boeuf, another lawman, joins them. But when Ross meets Chaney, she finds herself in a real danger.

Newcomer Hailee Steinfeld takes the role of Ross, while Jeff Bridges and Matt Damon star as Cogburn and La Boeuf respectively. Playing the bad guy Chaney, meanwhile, is Josh Brolin.

Coming from Ethan and Joel Coen, "True Grit" is another movie adaptation of a novel of the same title by Charles Portis. The upcoming movie is aimed to be more faithful to the novel than the 1969 film. This western drama will hit U.S. theaters right on Christmas or December 25.
