Sony Pictures has shared a new trailer for "The Virginity Hit" which was promoted at recent San Diego Comic Con by producers Will Ferrell and Adam McKay. Made in a documentary style, the film follows a teen boy, Matt, who is trying to lose his virginity.
The plan goes awry when Matt finds out his girlfriend cheats on him and calls off their romance. His friends want to see him closing the deal and then lead him on a journey through friends with benefits, internet hookups and even adult film stars, recording it all for the web.
Matt Bennett and Zack Pearlman star in the comedy, which is written and directed by Andrew Gurland along with Huck Botko. Will Ferrell and Adam McKay are joined by Chris Henchy, Peter Principato as well as Paul Young to produce "The Virginity Hit", which is going to hit cinemas across the U.S. on September 10.
