After a teaser trailer that does not reveal much, Paramount Pictures has released a full trailer for "Rango" that gives away some scenes from the movie. It opens with an introduction from a group of singing birds that a lizard cannot survive in a desert, referring to the chameleon named Rango.
The video then follows the journey of the green creature who enters different places where it is called a stranger. It additionally gives preview to other creatures or dangerous things that come in its way on an adventure to discover its true self.
Johnny Depp voices the titular character which is described as a household chameleon with an identity crisis. Other voice cast include Isla Fisher, Abigail Breslin and Bill Nighy. Directed by Gore Verbinski, this animated comedy will be dropped by Paramount Pictures in theaters across the U.S. on March 4, 2011.
