Another preview to action comedy "MacGruber" has been given in the form of a red band trailer. Opened with scenes which highlight villain Dieter Von Cunth, the video then jumps to capture MacGruber on his mission to stop his sworn enemy. The new age-restricted trailer is an exclusive courtesy of MSN.

In the 10 years since his fiancee was killed, special op MacGruber has sworn off a life of fighting crime with his bare hands. But when he learns that his country needs him to find a nuclear warhead that's been stolen by his sworn enemy, Dieter Von Cunth, MacGruber figures he's the only one tough enough for the job.

Assembling an elite team of experts-Lt. Dixon Piper and Vicki St. Elmo, MacGruber will navigate an army of assassins to hunt down Cunth and bring him to justice. Though his methods may be unorthodox and his crime scenes may get messy, he will do anything to save the world.

Will Forte is MacGruber and he will face against Val Kilmer who plays Cunth. Ryan Phillippe and Kristen Wiig are cast to portray MacGruber's team mates, Piper and St. Elmo respectively. This movie, which is based on a recurring sketch on NBC's "Saturday Night Live", is directed by Jorma Taccone and will open wide in U.S. theaters on May 21.
