No exact date and venue have been publicly shared, but Mickey's friend has affirmed that the actor is planning an April 2010 nuptials in Moscow.

AceShowbiz - Wedding bells will soon ring for Mickey Rourke who, as reported by New York Post, is planning to marry his model girlfriend Elena Kuletskaya in her native Russia this spring. "They haven't booked a venue or made any solid plans. He just knows he wants to do it in April, and he's been asking what is involved in a traditional Russian wedding ceremony," says a friend of the actor.
Mickey, 57, began close to Elena, 24, after she helped tutoring him in her native tongue for his role as Russian villain Ivan/Whiplash in the upcoming "Iron Man 2". The two have been dating for several months when the film star proposed to her over dinner last week.
Should Mickey and Elena do make it to walk down the aisle, the wedding will be the first for her and the third one for him. He was first married to actress Debra Feuer from 1981 to 1989. His second wife was actress Carre Otis, whom he was married to from 1992 to 1998.
Mickey Rourke and Elena Kuletskaya are often spotted putting united front together. In September, she was spotted accompanying him to the GQ Awards at London's Royal Opera House. Last week, they were said being seen puppy shopping in Manhattan to replace his beloved dog, Loki, who died right before the Oscars. Greater than that, Mickey also gets along very well with Elena's mother as he's been spotted giving her the star treatment a while ago at The Bank at Wonderland in L.A.
