P. Diddy is still looking for a person to work for him through a reality show. The second season of "I Want to Work for Diddy" has announced the premiere date and released a trailer that shows the eleven men and women vying for the coveted spot.

The VH1 show is following the rapper in the hunt for an assistant who could cope up with his "super-high" standards. Each of the one-hour episodes showcases a range of challenges, many of which are based on the real life experiences of Diddy's previous assistants. Contestants must impress Diddy and a panel of judges comprised of Bad Boy exec Phil Robinson and Diddy's former assistant Capricorn Clark.

"Last season I was hands off and left it to the judges. This season I'm taking a foot in ass, all over your brain approach to finding this assistant," Diddy said in the press release. Making a guest appearance in the season would be Diddy's mentor Andre Harrell who is also known as the founder of Uptown Records.

"I Want to Work for Diddy 2" premieres November 2 at 10/9c. VH1.com will give a sneak peek to its first episode on October 26.
