After the first set of photos from "Whip It!" made its way out, Fox Searchlight presents another form of sneak peek at the roller derby comedy drama by premiering its brand new trailer. More than two minutes long, the promotional video introduces Ellen Page's Bliss Cavendar and follows her as she finds a way out of her small-town misery.

Groomed for local beauty pageants by ambitious and haughty mother, Bliss has no clue where her life is going. But, that's all is about to change. One day, she discovers an underworld roller derby league. Impressed by what she is seeing, the misfit 17-year-old girl then tries out to join a team named the Hurl Scouts under the name of Babe Ruthless and finds her true self along the way.

"Whip It!" is an adaptation film based on Shauna Cross' novel "Derby Girl". Beside Ellen Page, it also stars Drew Barrymore as Smashley Simpson, Kristen Wiig as Maggie Mayhem, Juliette Lewis as the villain Iron Maven and Marcia Gay Harden as Bliss' disapproving mother as well as Jimmy Fallon as a cheesy hungover announcer called Hot Tub Johnny. Directed by Barrymore, it will roll its way into U.S. theaters October 9.
