More Casting News From 'Deathly Hallows'

Chris Rankin will return to portray Percy Weasley in 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', while Chase Armitage is set to take on one of the four Snatchers.

AceShowbiz - Two more actors are added to the cast ensemble of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows". Bringing forth the news was Snitch Seeker which claimed that both Percy Weasley and an unnamed Snatcher have each got an actor attached to the roles.

The Percy Weasley character will be once again portrayed by 25-year-old Chris Rankin, who has taken on the part since the first "Harry Potter" film in 2001, "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone". The actor's involvement in the project was confirmed by his agency Stacey Castro Media on Friday, May 29.

As for the Snatcher role, Snitch Seeker reported that Chase Armitage has been tapped to play the yet-to-be-identified character in the final installments of the "Harry Potter" series. The actor who also works as a dancer and stuntman has allegedly confirmed the casting himself, stating that he will be playing one of four Snatchers, and that he will start filming his scene in early June.

"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", the seventh and final book of "Harry Potter" series will be made into two movies, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I" and "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II". "Part I" is due for November 19, 2010 release in both U.S. and U.K., whereas "Part II" has been set for July 15, 2011 release. Both of them will see Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson returning as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
