Jennifer Hudson has set May 19 as a makeup date for Oakland gig, which has been postponed due to 'throat fatigue'.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Hudson is forced to put her on-going tour with Robin Thicke on hold because of a throat condition resulted from hitting very high and powerful notes in her every performance. One of the concerts that she has postponed is the one which was originally set to take place at Paramount Theatre in Oakland, CA on May 3.

On Monday, May 4, promoters for the tour, which is held to promote her debut album "Jennifer Hudson", announced that Jennifer will be performing for a re-scheduled Oakland gig on May 19. Her tourmate Robin will also be seen taking the stage to support her, it was confirmed.

Tickets for the concert will be honored at the new date. Refunds, meanwhile, can be obtained at the point of purchase.

In addition to Oakland, Jennifer has also pushed back Dallas and Houston concerts, which were initially planned for May 7 and 8 respectively. Makeup dates for those two gigs are promised to be made soon, a representative for Robin shared.
