AceShowbiz - Movie beauty Maggie Gyllenhaal has tied the knot with her longtime partner Peter Sarsgaard in a wedding ceremony taking place in a small chapel in Brindisi, Italy on Saturday, May 2. And while details of the wedding remain unknown, it is reported that Maggie's actor brother Jake Gyllenhaal and his actress girlfriend Reese Witherspoon were among the guests at the ceremony.
Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard began dating in 2002. They publicly announced their engagement in April 2006. The celebrity couple is parents to 2-year-old daughter Ramona.
News of Maggie and Peter's wedding plans was first run by New York Post last week. At that time, the publication reported the twosome would tie the knot in a sun-kissed Mediterranean ceremony during the second weekend of May.
Despite the on-going reports, neither Maggie nor Peter has addressed their alleged wedding publicly. Their people also have not yet commented on the matter.
