Rihanna will not work with Ne-Yo but sign Adonis as the man behind production table for her upcoming studio album, reports in the media suggest.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna reportedly will not work with Ne-Yo, who has been very vocal about her altercation with Chris Brown, for her forthcoming studio album. "Ne-Yo's been talking about Ri and Chris, which has really hurt her feelings," a source told New York Daily News. "She thought they were cool with each other." In regard of the rumor, representatives for both singers claim that their talents have no issue with each other.

Ne-Yo previously reached out to the media, saying that what happened to Rihanna following the alleged attack "really hurt [his] heart." Though so, he insisted to "pick no sides." He explained, "I'm just saying it was wrong [that] it had to happen like that, and I'm praying for the both of them."

In related news, Mya has submitted a demo track called "Blackout", which deals with domestic violence, for Rihanna's new album. "I have so many songs I've written [that] it didn't even come to mind until I played a bunch of my music at a listening session and everyone responded to 'Blackout' in particular. After the incident I had my management contact Rihanna's team about giving her the song. I'm sure it's still a sensitive time for her to address the issue at all," she said in an interview with Honey Magazine.

Rihanna's new effort is reportedly planned to be dropped sometime later before the end of this year. Chicago acid house pioneer Adonis is believed to have been in charge for its production process. Two new tracks titled "We Own the Night" and "Pretty Girl Blues" have been finished and expected to be outed soon.
