Grandma Opens Up About Rihanna's Condition, Slams Some False Reports

Rihanna's grandmother confirms the singer is currently "fine and doing well" and doesn't endure a broken nose like several reports have claimed.

AceShowbiz - Giving update on Rihanna's latest condition following an alleged attack by her boyfriend Chris Brown is her grandmother, Clara Brathwaite, who told Barbadian newspaper Daily Nation on Monday, February 9 that the "Umbrella" hitmaker currently is in good condition. "I don't want people to worry. Rihanna is fine and she is doing well," Clara confirmed.

Clara, moreover, also slammed the mounting reports claiming Rihanna endured a broken nose during the much reported argument with Chris, taking place in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood late last week. Clara, nevertheless, didn't provide details on Rihanna's physics.

In accompaniment of Clara's statement, Daily Nation also claimed that Rihanna has been text-messaging her friends in Barbados to keep them updated on her well-being.

Soon after report on her and Chris Brown's alleged argument hit the web, Rihanna has been keeping herself away from the media spotlight. She canceled some of her scheduled performances, including the one at the 51st annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, February 8, and also her concert in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, scheduled for Friday, February 13.

Still in relation with the alleged attack, it is claimed that Rihanna's record label has canceled a bash which it initially planned to help the singer celebrating her 21st birthday on February 20 in New York City.
