A high-powered consultant, Lucy Hill is an ambitious, up and coming executive who loves her upscale Miami lifestyle. When one day she is offered a temporary assignment to restructure a manufacturing plant, she jumps at the opportunity, not knowing that she will have to adjust her life to a tiny Minnesota town. What begins as a straight forward job assignment becomes a life changing experience as Lucy discovers greater meaning in her life and most unexpectedly, the man of her dreams.
In the brand new trailer of "New in Town", it can be seen that Renee Zellweger star as the stylish Lucy Hill. The video footage gives out clues on the bone-tickling comedy to be expected from the movie as Lucy tries to adapt to the new situation. Focusing on the out-of-the-box moments for Lucy, the trailer also shows the building-up romance between her and Ted Mitchell.
A romantic comedy from Danish film director Jonas Elmer, "New in Town" is scripted by Ken Rance and C. Jay Cox. It is supported by Harry Connick Jr. as Ted Mitchell and others, including Rashida Jones, Frances Conroy, J.K. Simmons and Nathan Fillion. It will be released in U.S. theaters on January 30, 2009.
