Playboy entrepreneur Hefner celebrated his 82nd birthday a few days early this year on Saturday night, April 5, at Moon Nightclub inside the Palms Casino & Resort. In addition to friends and family, he was also joined by girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt as well as more Playboy Playmates and Bunnies.
Hefner blew out his birthday candles on a gorgeous birthday cake that had a photo of him and his girls Holly, Kendra and Bridget, on it. Greater than the birthday cake, Hefner got a surprise from Pammy who gave him a naked lap dance following the celebration later that night.
Hefner, who according to various reports returned to the Sky Villa supersuite named after him at the Palms Fantasy Towers late that day, was surprised when he found out Pammy emerged from a bedroom in nothing but high heels and proceeded to perform a seductive routine for him as he walked into the suite.
Palms owner George Maloof said Hefner "was stunned. He had the biggest smile I've ever seen."
Hefner is widely popular as the founder, majority owner, and Chief Creative Officer of Playboy Enterprises. His birthday is supposed to be on April 9. As for Pammy, she has appeared on the cover of Playboy for a reported 12 times.
