AceShowbiz - The restricted teaser trailer of Ben Stiller's upcoming comedy film "Tropic Thunder" has been released online. Unlike other ordinary teasers, this trailer gives out clear pictures of the characters, that includes Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr. and Nick Nolte, which unfortunately are layered over the footages of the film.
The teaser is relatively a short one since it runs just about 46 seconds, but it pretty much shows the hilarious side of the film. The video footage gives out the first look into Downey Jr.'s character as a black man. The footage is ended with burning notes stating when the film hits the theaters. The notes read, "Tropic Thunder...Shit Blows Up...8.15.08."
"Thunder" is a comedy in which five self-absorbed actors who set out to make the most expensive war movie but get stuck in a real war-like situation when they are sent into the jungles of Southeast Asia for the filming. The red band teaser can be seen below.
