While prepping for their fifth studio album, Fall Out Boy will release live CD/DVD that chronicles their June 22, 2007 concert in Phoenix. Beside the materials that they played in the occasion, there will be a studio version of Michael Jackson's 'Beat It' that they have covered.

Their rendition of the classic song also features "special guest guitarist" that will be announced later. Simply titled "****", the first live album from the band will also feature cover songs like Timbaland's "One and Only", Akon's "Don't Matter" and Panic! At the Disco's "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies".

The DVD meanwhile, will contain a behind-the-scene footage of the band including their trip to Uganda to shoot the music video for their latest single "I'm Like a Lawyer with the Way I'm Always Trying to Get You Off (Me + You)"

"****" will be dropped in stores on April 8 via Island. On choosing such title bassist Pete Wentz wrote on his blog, "Before watching ourselves on film we never really realized how much we swear. It's pretty gross ... though it's edited as to not hurt your little munchkin ears. And as for how to say the name, well any little four letter word will work."
