Push backs is a common thing in music industry, find out which artists who decide that 2008 would be a better year for their albums.

AceShowbiz - Coming to the end of the year, we will do an update of the albums which have been pushed back several times and those which release dates are still a big question mark.

First one is Johnta Austin's 'Ocean Drive' which was supposed to be released in September. The debut album from the producer-turned-singer was stated on his MySpace to be released in Fall 2007 but it looks like that the time frame will not likely happen and the latest announced date (February 6) is not yet confirmed either due to his transfer from Virgin to Island Def Jam.

Ashlee Simpson's not-yet-titled third album was also going through a lot of push backs. From setting a November schedule to December to 'To be Determined', the singer herself finally revealed that it will be dropped in March 2008, with its title to be figured out the end of this month.

Perhaps the queen of postponing would be Mya. Fans may have lost count at how many times the R'n'B singer has pushed the release date of her album 'Liberation'. The album, that has been worked on since 2004, will not come out until January 29 next year, that, if she decides to stick with the date.

Another quite frequent delayer is Amerie with her second album 'Because I Love It'. While the album has got the release dates in Japan, Australia and U.K., the Stateside date is undetermined, but reports said that it will be out on January 29, 2008.
