While her brothers busy plotting a reunion, Janet Jackson maps out her own plan to release her tenth studio album. Billboard.com reported that the not-yet-titled album will come in February 2008.

The album would be the first fruit of her new contract with Island Def Jam. The label's president, Jermaine Dupri confirmed in October that there will be a duet with Maroon 5, a song from The-Dream and a production by Rodney Jerkins.

In related news, Janet is also signing to Williams Morris Agency for representation in all areas including television, theater, merchandising, publishing and touring. Her new reps would be led by Dave Wirtschafter who praised the singer slash actress "the most iconic female entertainers of our time."
