Britney Spears is so heavily into issues about driving and now the fail-to-comeback pop star eats it. It has been decided in a Friday November 16th hearing that she no longer can drive with kids in her car following a running the red light incident.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon handed down the ruling following a 90-minute closed-door hearing on Friday morning attended by Britney and Kevin Federline's lawyers.

Refused to comment on the results of the hearing, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan simply revealed, "Orders were made" adding that he "can't discuss the content of those orders. Documents have not been released by the court, and I don't know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date." Britney's lawyer Anne Kiley, on the other hand, simply said that "Everything is fine."

The closed-door hearing was requested by K-Fed's camp to discuss a variety of issues before the judge, including Spears' alleged failed drug test and her reportedly running a red light with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James in the backseat of her car.

And at the request of Federline's attorney, Shane Partridge, the photographer who filmed subpeoned video of Britney allegedly running a red light back on November 8th was also present, but he did not participate in the hearing.

"The tape of Britney running the red light was not viewed today, but it was a major point of the hearing," People quoted a source as saying. "Britney's lawyers brought in an expert who argued that, for whatever reason, Britney could have made the turn through the red light."
