Da Brat was arrested early Thursday Nov 1st after hitting a cocktail waitress on the head with a rum bottle following a heated exchange.

AceShowbiz - The spirit of Halloween affects Da Brat in a very bad way. The female rapper was in too much bad mood Thursday November 1st when she involved in a heated exchange with a cocktail waitress at a Jermaine Dupri-owned nightspot in suburban Atlanta that then led to physical attack which at the end of the day resulted in her arrest.
Da Brat was busted early that day after hitting the waitress on the head with a rum bottle.
Explaining on the incident Mekka Parish, a spokeswoman with the DeKalb County Police Department, said that onlookers told authorities the unidentified cocktail waitress "accidentally bumped" Da Brat as she walked through Studio 72's VIP lounge. Soon thereafter the two females "engaged in a little scuffle of some pushing and arguing."
"The waitress walked away, and moments later Da Brat hit her in the face with a rum bottle," Parish said further. The bottle struck on the waitress' forehead, causing a deep cut to the cheek and swelling. She was taken to hospital, treated and released. Police were soon called.
Da Brat was taken into custody without incident at the scene at approximately 1:20 a.m. She was booked into DeKalb County jail on a charge of felony aggravated assault and will be arraigned in the next 72 hours.
Da Brat, a platinum-selling rapper, also had another run-in with Atlanta's law back in 2000 when she allegedly pistol whipping a woman for refusing her entourage's orders to leave the VIP lounge at the Chili Pepper nightclub in the city's trendy Buckhead district. She was pleaded guilty of felony aggravated assault and thus sentenced to one year of probation, ordered to pay $1,000 restitution and served 80 hours of community service.
Maybe after this Da Brat will learn her lesson, not to act pompous.
