R and B singer Mya's album is pushed back for the umpteenth times, now will come in December.

Fans may have lost count at how many times Mya has pushed the release date of her album 'Liberation'. There's one more reason to wonder why she keeps delaying the album with the new date that is just announced in almost emergence.

'Liberation' that is slated to be dropped today (October 23) is put in the drawer again for a December 11 release. The album has actually been aimed for sale in 2005 with the start of production dating back in 2004. With the new schedule, she will go head to head with Ashanti's equally much-delayed album, 'The Declaration' and Bow Wow - Omarion joint project 'Face Off'.

The delay didn't stop two singles being pulled from the album. The first is 'Lock U Down' featuring Lil Wayne that was dropped in March this year while the second one 'Ridin'' was lifted four months later. Recently, she has also recorded a special song for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month called 'My Bra'. This track, however, will not appear in the new album.
