While she's been reported to have settled the hit and run case, Britney Spears lost visitation rights with sons because she's not complying with court orders for drug testing.

The troubled pop singer's life is about getting into one problem to another as if it will never come to an end. Has been reported to have cut deal in the hit and run case she involved in, the mother of two, on the other hand, lost the visitation rights of children.
Spears, according to TMZ.com, has cut deal with the owner of the car she hit in a parking lot last August. She's said to have agreed to pay the car owner approximately $1,000 for damage plus rental car expenses.
Citing law enforcement sources TMZ.com furthermore reported that while the hit and run case would probably be dropped now that Spears reached a civil settlement, the driving without a license charge probably will not be dropped.
In another dose of bad news, Spears visitation rights with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James were suspended Thursday morning October 18th because she's not complying with court orders for drug testing in her custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. Still according to TMZ.com, Spears is claimed to have failed to provide contact info to the people who were supposed to conduct the random drug tests. And as the judge had previously stated, a missed test is a failed test!
