The late drama queen Anna Nicole Smith keeps grabbing media headlines though she's no longer live. "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death," a new tell-all book written by former MSNBC talking head Rita Cosby, has been released Tuesday September 4th and already sparks another controversy.

The tome, according to its publisher Hachette Book Group's Grand Central Publishing, among other includes the former Playboy Playmate allegations about the steamy relationship between her longtime companion Howard K. Stern and her baby's biological father, Larry Birkhead.

It is revealed in the book how Anna and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home. "Their bodies were intermingled," Rita wrote on her book quoting revelations by Jackie Hatten, a woman who claimed herself as Smith's best friend. "It was obvious what was happening."

Both Birkhead and Stern obviously denied the allegations and already threatened legal action though. "None of it is true," Birkhead told the Daily News. "If she printed that then she is really getting sued. My attorneys are going after her and that is absolutely false. And I am sure Howard and the estate and everyone else involved is going to sue her too. This is just nonsense."

The book, moreover, also alleges Stern and Birkhead cut a secret deal after Anna Nicole was buried back in March, with Birkhead getting custody of baby Dannielynn, in return for Stern being named executor of her estate.

That's not all. Some other matters disclosed in the book include what exactly was found in the hospital room where Daniel Smith died, the surprising person who was also in the suite the day Anna died, and the shocking truth about what exactly happened on the day Anna died.
