Up and coming rock act The Last Goodnight will jump on the road together with American Idol finalist Elliott Yamin. After completing their bill with Rocco DeLuca and The Burden, the band will right away begin a 31-city trek that embarks in Chicago, I.L. on October 5.

“We poured our hearts and souls into making this album and love being out on the road playing the songs live,” said frontman Kurtis John. “Our live show is energetic and fun yet offers an intimate opportunity for us to connect directly with crowd.”

The band has just call attention with their first single 'Pictures of You' that is taken from debut album 'Poison Kiss', due August 28. The music video for the song has been premiered earlier this month and is amazingly in heavy rotation at VH1 and Fuse. The clip that is directed by Marc Klasfeld (Sum 41, Destiny's Child, Slipknot) won MTV's 'Battle of the Video', beating those by Chamillionaire and Tegan & Sara.

The whole album is widely exposed on VH1.com's 'The Leak' starting from August 21 to 27. 'Pictures of You' is also set to be the promo song of ABC's drama series 'Brothers & Sisters' starring Calista Flockhart that airs nationally through September.

Know more about the band in Clear Channel's NEW! 'Artist to Watch' this month and their MySpace. Meanwhile, you can win a Poison Kiss CD plus a digital camera by joining our contest.
