Adler Still Hopeful for Full Guns N' Roses Reunion
Music

Successfully gathering four out of five Guns N' Roses members, drummer Steven Adler is still waiting for Axl Rose to make a 'decision'.

Steve Adler made it true when he said he will be reuniting with his Guns N' Roses bandmates for a one-off gig. Apt to its plan, the July 28 night at Hollywood's Key Club turned spectacular after guitarist Izzy Stradlin and bassist Duff McKagan joined Adler on stage.

Although the gig was under Adler's side band 'Adler's Appetite', it became semi-reunion for Guns N' Roses when Slash appeared for the jam session. Unfortunately, the four ex-bandmates minus vocalist Axl Rose didn't take the stage long enough for a full show because something "reportedly came up" and Slash had to leave.

Beyond that night, Adler has been secretly hoping that a full reunion will occur. "I believe I made it this far for some reason," Adler told Billboard.com. "I want to finish what we started, and ... with the love and support I got from those guys, I think we can (reunite). I'm gonna leave it up to Axl. That's gonna be Axl's call, and I love Axl and I know he'll make the right call."

Adler will continue performing live shows with Appetite in Argentina, Peru, Chile and Las Vegas. There will also be a string of dates in South America and Europe. "We're gonna be busy working until pretty much Christmas, which I'm excited about," Adler added.
