Elizabeth Hurley's decision to dress her young son in a pink bikini suit has created quite a stir.

Actress Elizabeth Hurley is slammed for her decision to dress son Damian in a neon pink bikini suit. Many think that Hurley has exploited the five-year old.
"It's an outrage Liz made her son do this," a source told the News of the World. "He's not old enough to make that sort of decision. Imagine the teasing he could suffer at school. Why would any parent do this to their child?"
Liz was trying to put Damian as the model of a new children's beachwear line. "Liz suggested Damian pose in the bikini. Other people were uncomfortable with it but she insisted," the source added. The photo showing Damian in a pink bikini and a white large sunglasses was put on Liz's website but has since been removed.
Damian is Liz' son with film producer Steve Bing. Liz was remarried to businessman Arun Nayar in March 2007 and is reportedly wanting a twin for their first kids.
