Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty is to star in a new musical in London's West End.

The Bollywood actress, who's crowned the winner of the British "Celebrity Big Brother" on January 28, 2007 with 63% of the final vote, is being tipped to star in a musical production, called "Miss Bollywood", on London's West End later this year.
"The whole song-and-dance routine of a musical really fascinates me and I think I'm a natural in the art," Shetty said in a statement, adding that "Miss Bollywood" was about a day in the life of a Bollywood actress and would give Westerners a glimpse of Indian traditions and customs.
"I want foreigners to get familiar with Indian culture. Racism breeds out of ignorance," Shetty commented.
"Miss Bollywood" is slated to open in London in September and later travel to Broadway.
