Actress Kristy Swanson got herself into trouble when she involved in an altercation with the ex-wife of her companion and former skating partner, Lloyd Eisler, which then resulted in her arrest on late Saturday night June 16th.

Kristy was being escorted by police officers into the police station in Kingston, Ontario, after Eisler's ex, Marcia O'Brien, filed a complaint against her. Confirming the unfortunate to People, the "Skating with Celebrities" star said, "I had to go the police station where I had an appointment at 9 p.m. to begin the process of being arrested".

Kristy was later on released after posting $500 (Canadian) bail. Shortly thereafter, on Sunday June 17th, Kristy pressed assault charges against Marcia, claiming she already had police took pictures of bruises on her back and other parts of her body to document the injuries she claimed she got during an altercation with Marcia on Friday June 15th in Canada.

Both Marcia and Canadian police refused to comment on that matter though.

Kristy and Eisler began dating in December of 2005. They appeared in and won the 2006 FOX television program "Skating with Celebrities". They welcomed their first child together, Magnus Hart Swanson Eisler, on February 16, 2007.
