Held in Tobacco Warehouse, Brooklyn, the event will also feature local rap group named Tanya Morgan. "We are very excited to be part of the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival. The event is one of the most highly anticipated concerts in New York (and) from what I can tell it's a crazy event to be aligned with," DonWill of Tanya Morgan said.

Besides featuring performances from the lineups, this event is also conducted in part for Stax Records' 50th Anniversary celebration, Wild Style screening, and David Alan Harvey' photography exhibition. Admission is free but there is a donation slot that allows people to contribute a minimum of $5.
