AceShowbiz - It's official, Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter, Dannielynn. The decision was made public Tuesday April 10th, thus ending the saga concerning the mystery of the baby's biological father.
Birkhead, a celebrity photographer, emerged triumphantly onto the steps of a court-house in the Bahamas to declare that paternity tests had revealed he was "99.9999" percent certain to be the biological father of seven-month old Dannielynn.
On his winning, Birkhead told the crowds, "I hate to be the one who told you this -- but I told you so! My baby's going to be coming home." Rival Howard K. Stern, who's been taking care of Dannielynn since the death of the late Playboy Playmate, said he wouldn't fight for custody, but her mother Virgie Arthur will.
Another custody hearing was scheduled for Friday April 13th to discuss who will raise the girl, who could inherit hundreds of millions of dollars from the estate of Smith's late husband, J. Howard Marshall II.
