Kylie Minogue reveals dramatic new look in first interview since cancer diagnosis.

Nothing is frightening for Kylie Minogue, but breast cancer. The Aussie native discussed her breast cancer scare in her first interview since her diagnosis in May 2005.
"The moment my doctors told me, I went silent," Minogue said during the hour-long exclusive, "Kylie in Her Own Words." "My mum and dad were with me then we all fell to pieces and I was saying, 'No, I'm getting on a plane.' They said, 'No you're not. Sit down.'"
In the special, the singer also talks to British TV host Cat Deeley about her experiences of the past year and future plans, plus "some surprise announcements". She, moreover, spills the release of her forthcoming semi-autobiographical children's book "The Showgirl Princess" and her plans to raise awareness of the disease.
"Kylie in Her Own Words", is due to screen on the UK's Sky One on July 16 and locally on Channel Nine on Monday, July 17 at 8.30pm.
