Despite their being spotted together in many occasions, Heather Locklear and David Spade have laughed off rumors they are dating. In fact, a close source tells People that they are still "just friends".

As for you to know, Heather and David were on last Wednesday spotted at the West Hollywood eatery Jones, "kissing like a couple of teens", a witness reports.

The pair was first spotted smooching at an after party for Spade's Showbiz Show in March, a month after Locklear filed for divorce from Richie Sambora. Since then, the pair were spotted together several more times.

Though so, another friend of Locklear's slammed any notion of romance, saying "Heather and David were just goofing off; the whole thing was blown out of proportion. They were joking around and hamming it up, and the next thing you know, people are saying they're together."
