Hip hop star Missy Elliott is working on a film based on her life. In the script she reveals all about her dark past during which she was raped by her cousin at the age of 8 and was abused by her father when she was growing up.
"I'm working on my own movie on my life, which probably a lot of people don't know," Elliott said. "I've been kinda like a character in the TV world as far as videos and stuff, so they really don't know my life story about my father being abusive and the rape by my 16-year-old cousin when I was eight. So y'all will see that soon," she added.
Missy currently is said to have working on getting the script done and as yet sure if she will appear in her movie, or who will portray her if she doesn't. In the meantime she is reported ready to shoot her next video, in Los Angeles, in mid-December, according to mtv.com.
