Another problem popped up in Hilary Duff's life as her mother, Susan Duff, is being sued for breach of contract by Ntd Apparel. The Canadian clothing company placed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court this week, accusing Susan along with her family's entertainment company, Rafter H, of violating an exclusive merchandising agreement for her daughter's fashion line by dealing another agreement with rival retail firms. New York Daily News reported that Rafter H considered the suit was "without merit" and plans to hit back Ntd with an allegation of using low-quality goods in its collections for Hilary. What a ferocious fight.
