Rapper Foxy Brown has been pleaded not guilty to assault over the August 29, 2004, incident, for which she was accused to using her cell phone and fist to attack the manicurists. To be more specific, the 25-year-old rapper was charged by her prosecutors to kick and hit a manager, Sun Ji Song, causing "bruising and swelling to the face, as well as substantial pain."

Moreover, the prosecutors claimed that the salon's employees ran out to Foxx's car and stood in front of it to block her, at which point the rapper slugged one of the workers with a cell phone. Due to the testimony, Foxx was charged with misdemeanor assault and attempted assault. No matter what she's now freed of the charges and commenting on it she said Monday outside the courtroom that she had asked for a manicure and a pedicure just as the salon in the Chelsea neighborhood was about to close.
