Self-employed painter Kelly Allen Frank accused of kidnapping Letterman's son and nanny pleads not guilty

AceShowbiz - Self-employed painter Kelly Allen Frank accused of conceiving a plot to kidnap David Letterman's son and nanny from their Choteau-area ranch has pleaded not guilty to three charges in state District Court in March 22. Ninth Judicial District Judge Marc Buyske accepted Frank's pleas and set a pre-trial hearing in the courthouse in Choteau in April 5 at 10 a.m.

During the brief hearing Buyske continued the bail and conditions of release set by the Justice Court last week, which was set at $500,000 in the Teton County case and $150,000 on other probation-violation charges in Lewis and Clark County for a total of $650,000.
