AceShowbiz - Donald Trump says that the pop teen singer, Britney Spears is eyeing on one of the luxury new California houses Trump himself plans to build in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
Further, Trump says that Britney and her husband, Kevin Federline are both interested in one of the $5.2 million villas they plan to use as their new house and that Federline has discussed to propose the 260-acre estates while golfing in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, with former Hercules star Kevin Sorbo last summer.
