Waking up in a pit of corpses with no memory of who he is or how he got there, a man (Sharlto Copley) stumbles out of a mass grave only to find himself in a nightmarish maze of horror. He soon discovers he is not alone, as a group of strangers, including a stoic doctor (Thomas Kretschmann) and a terrified woman (Josie Ho), are also trapped in a remote, heavily fortified house surrounded by a forest full of savage, zombie-like creatures. As the group struggles to piece together their fragmented identities, paranoia and suspicion run rampant, with each clue leading to more disturbing questions than answers.
