Synopsis

ÂWhen a bride is gunned down at her wedding, the Three Rivers medical team is sent to harvest her lungs to transplant into a sick patient. David convinces the bride's grieving mother that organ donation is what she would have wanted and Ryan pulls strings to get a pilot to volunteer to fly the team and organs through a storm back to the hospital. When they get to the hospital the patient has already died, but Andy and Miranda are able to use the bride's heart to save a promising college basketball player who had a heart attack during a scrimmage.
