Three Rivers Episode 1.05 Alone Together

­The lives of three patients intersect when the doctors of Three Rivers Hospital do their best to save them. A cranky old theater director who is in end stage liver failure, a cop who is engaged to be married and start a new life, and the potential donor, a man who left behind a bitter wife. Andy saves the life of a cop who happens to work with his ex-wife, Rena, who we meet for the first time in this episode, and see more of the nature of their relationship. Miranda and Ryan are sent on a procurement run where they come up against all kinds of obstacles, and barely make it back with the liver on time. David learns to love the unlovable when Jordan assigns him to a very grouchy patient.­
